Dr. Ben Andrews, MD, is a board-certified physician specializing in internal medicine and HIV care. He completed his medical education and residency at Baylor College of Medicine and Emory University. Dr. Andrews believes that Jesus Christ is the true healer of individuals and their communities, and this faith-based philosophy informs his approach to patient care. He is dedicated to providing compassionate and high-quality medical care to his patients.

Emily Balducci, PA-C, is a skilled physician assistant specializing in primary care. She graduated from Christian Brothers University, where she gained the knowledge and skills necessary for excellent patient care. Emily is dedicated to promoting health and building strong relationships with her patients.

Emilie Ball, PNP, FNP, specializes in pediatrics and adheres to a relationship-based care philosophy. She emphasizes the importance of collaboration, viewing both the family and herself as a team working together to achieve the best health outcomes for her patients. Emilie graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and later obtained her Family Nurse Practitioner and Pediatric Nurse Practitioner specializations from the University of Virginia. She has been working in primary care since 2012.

Jaclyn Bane FNP-C began working with Christ Community Health Services in January 2024 at the East Jackson location. She graduated from Union University in 2008 with her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing and graduated from University of South Alabama in 2014 with her Master of Science degree in Nursing and she plans to start her Doctorate of Nursing studies in the Summer of 2024. She has worked in various roles including Family Primary Care, Internal Medicine, Urgent Care and Disease Management.

Rhakevia Carter, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a specialization in primary care, prenatal care, and HIV care. She earned her nursing degree from Vanderbilt University School of Nursing and holds board certification from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, as well as the Family Nurse Practitioner Certification. Her philosophy of care is centered around treating every patient with the same kindness, dedication, and compassion that she would offer to a family member. She aims to embody the love of Christ in every interaction, ensuring that each individual receives care with dignity and respect.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition from the University of Tennessee at Martin, class of 1982. As a lifelong member of Rock of Ages CME church, I have been attending services there since birth. I am a proud father of two children and happily married to Dr. Peatchola Jones-Cole. Additionally, I am an active member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity.

Milton Davis, Jr., PharmD, is a Pharmacy Operations Manager and Broad Pharmacy Manager. He earned his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Tennessee in Memphis and his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Tennessee State University. His hobbies include running, traveling, and listening to music.

Megan Davis earned her degree from the Union University College of Pharmacy and is passionate about building strong, personal connections with her patients. She chose to join Christ Community Health Services to work in a smaller, more relationship-focused setting where she can provide compassionate, individualized care. Megan is committed to creating a welcoming environment where patients feel heard, valued, and supported in their health journey.

Willie L. Dodson is a Physician Assistant dedicated to expanding healthcare access and excellence in Memphis. A graduate of Christian Brothers University, Willie’s path to medicine began with his service as a Navy Corpsman, where he developed a deep commitment to clinical integrity and patient advocacy. As a Memphis native, Willie chose Christ Community Health Services because it aligns with his passion for serving our community. He is driven by the goal of removing barriers to care and providing a "gold standard" of health services to our local neighborhoods. Beyond his professional work, Willie is an avid musician who enjoys both playing and listening to music. He is honored to contribute to the mission of CCHS and the well-being of our community.

Jacqueline Encalade is a highly experienced pharmacist who graduated from UT Health Sciences College of Pharmacy. With a career spanning over three decades, she served as Pharmacist, Lead Pharmacist, and Supervisor for the Inpatient and Medplex Pharmacies at RegionalOne for 31 years. Additionally, she chaired the Pharmacy department at CCHS for 12 years. Currently, she works as a PRN pharmacist, continuing her commitment to healthcare and pharmacy practice.

Rachel Faller is a family nurse practitioner at the Hickory Hill location. She has over 10 years of experience in primary care. The majority of her career has been with CCHS. She sees patients of all ages and has a specialty certification in the management of HIV. She is a competent Spanish speaker.

Maria Fernandez, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician specializing in family medicine and obstetrics. She is passionate about caring for pregnant patients and delivering babies. Maria received her medical degree in family medicine from Puerto Rico and believes strongly in the combination of practicing medicine and her faith in God. Additionally, she is fluent in Spanish.

Odell Glenn, Jr. earned his B.S. in Pharmacy from Xavier University of Louisiana in New Orleans, LA, in December 1992. He is currently the Specialty Pharmacy Program Manager. Previously, he served in various leadership roles, including Assistant CEO of Pharmacy & Special Programs, System Director of Hospital Pharmacy, Consultant for 340B Hospital/Clinic Specialty Pharmacy, Director of Specialty and Trade Relations, and Senior Clinical Consultant.

As a teenager, Hillary Gore had the opportunity to assist her family dentist on a mission trip to Brazil. Inspired by her experience, she decided to pursue a career in dentistry. In 2014, Hillary Gore graduated with high honors from The University of Tennessee Health Science Center with a bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene. After a few years practicing as a hygienist, she decided to pursue dental school. In 2022, Dr. Gore graduated with honors from The University of Tennessee College of Dentistry. In 2023, she completed a one-year AEGD residency with NYU Langone at Christ Community Health Services. Dr. Gore enjoyed her residency experience and is grateful to continue her career with Christ Community.

Dr. Reginique Green, is a board-certified Family Physician and the Chief Clinical Officer at Christ Community Health Services. She graduated from Xavier University and earned her medical degree from Creighton University School of Medicine. Dr. Green completed her residency at the University of Southern California. She is mission-focused, a dedicated Christian, and committed to providing comprehensive and compassionate care to patients of all ages.

Dr. Wanda Hall-Myers serves as a Behavioral Health Consultant at Christ Community. She has been a Licensed Psychologist for over 23 years and has worked in the fields of education, mental health, developmental disabilities, and healthcare. She has conducted psychological assessments, provided consultations, as well as therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. She enjoys providing behavioral health services and finds it most rewarding when patients reach their goals and live a more fulfilling life. The University of Memphis is where she earned a Ph.D. in Psychology, and she is committed to being a life-long learner. A wife and mother, she takes pleasure in spending time with family, traveling, listening to music, and reading. Community service and philanthropic endeavors are important to Dr. Hall-Myers, and she can often be found mentoring youth and supporting various community programs.

Emily Harmon, Pharm.D. is a dedicated pharmacist with a strong background in both clinical and community pharmacy. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from the University of Tennessee College of Pharmacy in 2016, where she served as Co-Chair of the Community Pharmacy Special Interest Group and was an active member of Kappa Psi, a professional pharmacy fraternity. Emily completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Memphis, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry with a concentration in Biochemistry in 2012. She holds certifications in Pharmacy-Based Medication Therapy Management and Pharmacy-Based Immunization Delivery through the American Pharmacists Association. Emily is passionate about providing patient-centered care and promoting accessible pharmacy services within the community.

Till Holmes is a Family Nurse Practitioner who graduated from the University of Memphis. Driven by a heart for helping others, Till entered the nursing field to make a meaningful difference in people's lives through compassionate, quality care. Outside of work, Till enjoys traveling, running, and spending quality time with family. Whether at home or in the clinic, Till is dedicated to making every moment count and every patient feel valued.

Arrie Hyder is dedicated to providing compassionate, quality care to every patient she serves. She earned her nursing degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center and later completed her master’s degree at the University of Memphis. Arrie chose Christ Community Health Services after completing much of her clinical training within the organization, where she quickly developed a deep appreciation for both the mission and the patient population. Serving individuals and families in need has been important to her since the beginning of her nursing career. She believes everyone deserves access to quality healthcare and values the opportunity to incorporate her faith into patient care. Outside of work, Arrie enjoys reading and has set a personal goal of reading 60 books this year after completing 42 books last year. She also enjoys watching movies and spending time with her husband and their three cats.

Regina is a board certified family nurse practitioner who is devoted to providing high quality services in Women’s health. She has an extensive history in the medical field. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree at Christian Brothers University in Memphis, TN. From there, she received her Masters of Science degree in Nursing at Walden University in Minneapolis, MN in 2017 and has been dedicated to servicing women since that time. During her spare time, she enjoys reading, shopping, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.

Shanika Johnson is the Pharmacy Manager at Christ Community Health Services’ Hickory Hill Medical Center. A proud graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Pharmacy, Shanika is passionate about serving and giving back to her community through her work in pharmacy. Inspired by her grandmother, she has dedicated her career to helping patients access quality care and medications that improve their health and well-being. Outside of work, Shanika enjoys playing chess and taking relaxing walks with her dog.

I am a graduate of the University of Memphis and UTHSC College of Dentistry Class of 2006. I have been employed at CCHS for 15 years and have been the Dental Director for almost 5 years. It has been a blessing working with great people while also being an advocate to and for our communities. My spare time is dedicated between family and exercising. I love college sports and enjoy watching college football the most!

Dr. Kawasaki completed dental school at the University of Minnesota. He’s been at CCHS ever since. He feels so blessed by his time here. Dr. Kawasaki sees his work to alleviate pain and restore patients’ mouths to good health as partnering with Jesus Christ in His work to make all things new. Outside of work, he enjoys being with his family, spending time outside, and being involved at his church.

Ashley has a decade of experience as a therapist in Jackson before returning to Union University to get her Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner degree. She came to the East Jackson clinic to serve as the Behavioral Health Provider for the community in June, 2023. She has her Business Administration Bachelors and Master of Social Work degrees from Union, Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of Memphis, Lambuth campus, and back to Union for her Nurse Practitioner degree.

Dr. Julie E. Lee is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner at Christ Community Health Services (CCHS), bringing over two decades of healthcare leadership and clinical expertise to her role. She recently earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Vanderbilt University, further enhancing her ability to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to CCHS. Dr. Lee's academic background includes a Master of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University, a Master of Science in Public Health from Campbell University, a Master of Arts in Health Services Management from Webster University, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Tennessee at Martin. A retired Lieutenant Colonel with 22 years of service in the U.S. Army, Dr. Lee served in pivotal roles such as Director of Community Health Nursing at Fort Bragg and Director of Preventive Medicine at Fort Leavenworth. Her passion for public health, chronic disease prevention, and holistic wellness guides her approach to care. Dr. Lee is committed to empowering patients through education, self-care, and faith-based healing. She remains a strong advocate for health equity and wellness throughout the Memphis community.

Kimary Lee Banks, AGPCNP-BC, is a board-certified adult geriatric primary care nurse practitioner who specializes in caring for individuals aged 13 and older. She earned her Master of Nursing degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center and a Master of Adult Geriatric Primary Care Nursing from Vanderbilt University. Certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), she approaches patient care guided by the philosophy of Hippocrates, embracing the belief that "Let food be thy medicine."

Dr. Taylor Littlejohn earned his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center, where he also completed his postgraduate training. He brings a strong commitment to excellence in patient care and a passion for serving others. Dr. Littlejohn chose to join Christ Community Health Services because of its unique mission to care for underserved populations. He describes the work as “incredibly rewarding” and values the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients every day.

Dr. Tamia Lozada Soto is a board-certified family medicine physician originally from Puerto Rico. She earned her medical degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara and completed her family medicine training in Birmingham, Alabama. Driven by her passion for making a difference, she chose to join Christ Community Health Services due to its mission of serving underserved populations with compassion and excellence. At the Women’s Center, Dr. Lozada Soto is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while empowering women to take charge of their health at every stage of life. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and daughter.

Dr. Jesse Malott has been in a variety of non-profit leadership and ministry roles for the past 20 years. As a Clinical Psychologist, he focused much of his early research and clinical work on trauma, grief and loss, and spirituality. He has since worked as a clinical psychologist and Chair of Behavioral Health at Christ Community Health Services. where he currently leads the Behavioral Health department, integrating behavioral health clinicians and social workers into our community primary care clinics. He has taught multiple workshops on trauma, moral injury, spirituality, physician and executive well-being, social determinants of health, and leadership. He has multiple publications and certifications including in Primary Care Behavioral Health Leadership and serves as the current Tennessee Psychological Association President. He loves Jesus, enjoys the outdoors, and finds incredible joy in being with his wife of 25 years and his 2 children.

Jessica McCall, DO, MPH, is a board-certified pediatrician committed to providing exceptional care for children. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Physiology from Oklahoma State University, a Master of Public Health in Health Administration and Policy from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, and her Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from Kansas City University. Dr. McCall completed her pediatric residency at the University of Tennessee Health Sciences Center and has received the Service Spot Award in recognition of her contributions to patient care. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys participating in CrossFit, staying active, traveling, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with her fiancé and their three dogs—Archie, Kip, and Okie.

Dr. Kanesha L. Moore serves at Christ Community Health Services’ Frayser Health Center, bringing a heart for healing and a passion for empowering others. A native of Memphis and graduate of Ridgeway High School, Dr. Moore earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology, Pre-Med from Spelman College and completed both her master’s and PhD at the University of Memphis with her Ph.D. being in Counseling Psychology. Her journey with Christ Community began during her graduate training, where she felt called to give back to the community that raised her. Dr. Moore believes that Christ is the ultimate healer and considers it a blessing to serve Him by walking alongside others in their path toward healing and wholeness. Outside of her clinical work, Dr. Moore leads fun and inspiring dance classes for the youth and adults where she teaches others to "Have a Blast getting Fine, Fit, and Confident!" She also enjoys traveling and spending time with her loved ones.

Nicole Northcutt, PharmD, BCACP, is a board-certified ambulatory care pharmacist who is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. She earned her degree from Lipscomb University College of Pharmacy and completed her PGY-1 residency at the Dallas VA (North Texas Health Care Center). She then went on to complete a PGY-2 residency in ambulatory care at Regional One Health. Dr. Northcutt firmly believes that everyone, regardless of their background, deserves to be treated with love, compassion, and understanding. She is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Dr. Olubunmi Osinloye, a board-certified Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner, holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and numerous accolades, including the prestigious Daisy Award. A graduate of the esteemed University of Tennessee Health Science Center College of Nursing, Dr. Osinloye is driven by a commitment to providing comprehensive care to the underserved. With a deep passion for delivering high-quality healthcare to her community, Dr. Osinloye views her work as a divine calling. She finds great joy in uplifting her patients and strives to reduce emergency room visits through preventative health measures and patient education. Additionally, she aims to combat the prevalence of HIV and STDs among young adults and effectively manage chronic conditions to improve patient outcomes. Dedicated to continuous learning and knowledge-sharing, Dr. Osinloye remains focused on enhancing the patient experience and reducing morbidity and mortality rates in her practice.

Jada Palmer is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner who earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and completed her graduate studies at Vanderbilt University School of Nursing. Driven by a passion to care for individuals across every stage of life, Jada chose the family nurse practitioner path to blend personalized care with public health principles that support wellness, health education, and spiritual growth. Outside of her work in healthcare, Jada enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and caring for her beloved dogs.

Chandni Patel, WHNP B-C, MSN, BSN, RN, is a healthcare professional with 10 years of experience. After graduating with honors from Baptist Health Science in 2010, she pursued her passion for women's health, earning her MSN from the University of South Alabama in 2015. Chandni is certified as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner and is an active member of the National Association of Nurse Practitioners in Women’s Health. Her clinical interests include contraception counseling, adolescent gynecology, cervical disease and providing patient education. Chandni's dedication and expertise make her a trusted advocate for women's health in her community.

Doctor Joseph Patrick specializes in family medicine. His care philosophy is to first listen and understand before seeking to be understood. He attended medical school at the University of South Carolina.

Argaret Payne, PMHNP-BC, brings over two decades of nursing expertise to her role as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. A native of Memphis, Argaret’s clinical foundation was built through years of service as an LPN and RN, followed by advanced degrees from Chamberlain College and Washburn University. Currently a DNP candidate, Argaret combines her extensive academic background with a heartfelt mission: serving the community she calls home. Her practice is centered on empowering patients to prioritize their mental health and achieve emotional wellness through partnership and evidence-based care. She is proud to serve at Christ Community Health Services, where she can pour back into the community that supported her own path to medicine.

Paola Plata, PsyD, is a postdoctoral fellow with the behavioral health team. She earned her PsyD in Clinical Psychology from Azusa Pacific University. With experience in several community counseling centers, Paola completed her pre-doctoral internship at Christ Community Health Services. She specializes in psychological assessments for ADHD and Autism, and offers psychotherapy services in both Spanish and English. Paola is passionate about supporting individuals in the community who are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, or everyday stressors. She believes that everyone has intrinsic value and that their story truly matters.

M. Darleen Richardson is a Family Nurse Practitioner who follows evidence-based practice guidelines, providing primary and emergency health care services to patients of all ages. Her aim is to deliver high-quality care through effective diagnoses and treatment plans. Darleen earned her undergraduate degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Master of Science in Nursing from Rutgers University. She taught nursing at Howard University for seven years and worked for six years at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Washington, DC. Her professional background includes cardiac telemetry and primary care, focusing on preventive care, weight management, nutrition, and chronic illnesses. She adopts a holistic Christian approach, fostering trusting relationships with her patients.

Dr. Johanna Rosales-Chavez earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Alabama College of Osteopathic Medicine in Dothan, Alabama, and completed her Internal Medicine-Pediatric Residency at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis. Dr. Rosales-Chavez chose Christ Community after completing her residency rotations and discovering her passion for serving the Memphis community. She is dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to both children and adults and is excited to continue her mission of serving diverse and often underserved populations through Christ Community Health Services.

Lissa “Nikki” Roux has been employed with CCHS for 12 years as a Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in women’s health. Nikki received her RN degree and Masters of Science degree from the University of Memphis Loewenberg College of Nursing. Prior to her time at CCHS, Nikki was a cardiac nurse at Methodist Hospital. She is originally from West Monroe, Louisiana but has called Memphis home for more than 20 years. When she is not working, Nikki enjoys gardening and spending time with her family.

Tara Samples, Ph.D., LCP-HSP is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Health Service Provider (TN) and Nationally Certified Health Service Psychologist. Dr. Samples is the Clinical Psychologist at our Raleigh Clinic, a Behavioral Health Team Lead and the Director of the Behavioral Health Training program at CCHS which includes the doctoral psychology residency, postdoctoral fellowship and masters and doctoral practicum students in psychology, counseling and social work. She has a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology and an M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Fielding Graduate University, a M.S. in Professional Counseling from Georgia State University and a B.S. in Human Services from Point University (formerly Atlanta Christian College). She completed an APA Internship at the Charles George Veteran’s Administration Hospital with rotations in Primary Care/Health Psychology, PTSD and Substance Abuse. She completed her Postdoctoral work through the Counseling Center at Lincoln Christian University. Dr. Samples has provided behavioral health care for over 20 years, first as a Licensed Professional Counselor and later as Licensed Clinical Psychologist. Prior to joining CCHS she worked as an Assistant Professor of Counseling and Psychology at Lincoln Christian University. Dr. Samples has worked in inpatient and outpatient, private practice and public health settings in Ga, NC, IL and TN. Her clinical interests are in the areas of social justice in healthcare, trauma informed care, health psychology, resilience in the face of trauma and abuse, and the integration of mental health and spirituality. When she is not in the clinic you may find her spending time with her family, supporting the local music and arts community, or gardening.

Tekoa Rose is a Family Nurse Practitioner with school based who has served at Christ Community since January 2022. She graduated with her BSN from Southern Illinois University of Edwardsville in 2003 and MSN, FNP from Maryville University in December 2019. She has spent her career working with pediatric patients who are her passion. With pediatrics there is never a dull day. In her free time she loves to spend time with her family and traveling to visit new places.

Tara Seay is a native Memphian, born and raised. She attended The Central High school, obtained a B.A. in Criminal Justice with concentration in Pre-law from Lemoyne-Owen College, and M.A. in Mental Health Counseling with specialties in marriage and family, crisis management, substance abuse, and forensic counseling. She has worked in several counseling environments such as private practice, community outreach and mental health, residential, in-patient psychiatric assessment center, and in home family therapy. She holds certifications in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Problem Sexual Behavior, Collaborative Problem Solving, Trauma Informed Care, and Adolescent Community Reinforcement Approach for adolescent substance abuse. She is currently the Site Director and Family Therapist of the Family Solutions at the Raleigh Christ Community Clinic.

Dr. Neelu Sherpa is a general dentist with advanced education and experience in dental care. She holds a Master of Biomedical Science (MSBS) and a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree. Dr. Sherpa graduated from Touro College of Dental Medicine and completed her residency with NYU Langone and CMDA Dental Residency Plus Program. One of her favorite hobbies includes trying out different cafes and food places across various countries and cities, which not only enriches her interests but also fuels her creativity and appreciation for diverse cultures and cuisines.

Kelly is a Nurse Practitioner at our Broad location. She graduated from Arkansas State University with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree in 2008 and her Masters of Science in Nursing degree in 2015. She has a background working in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit and Urgent Care settings. She is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Ryan, and their three boys. She especially loves traveling, and watching the Arkansas Razorbacks and Detroit Lions.

Xeneia Sorrell, PharmD, is a dedicated pharmacist serving patients at Christ Community Health Services (CCHS). She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from Union University College of Pharmacy after completing a bachelor’s degree in chemistry at Mississippi State University. Passionate about patient care, Xeneia values her role as a bridge between patients and healthcare providers, ensuring accessible and reliable medical guidance. Outside of pharmacy, she enjoys arts and crafts, including drawing and ceramics, and stays active with a variety of indoor and outdoor sports and activities.

Joy has enjoyed working at Christ Community Health Services for the past 4 years. She has over 10 years experience working as an LCSW in mental health facilities and hospital settings. Loving to explore the intersection between mental, spiritual and physical health -she completed Yoga Teacher Training and a Spiritual Direction program. She loves reading about Christian contemplation, healthy eating and spending time with friends and family.

Heather Stone is a Vanderbilt grad who has a background in Biomedical Engineering and global health. She enjoys trying to have a whole food plant based lifestyle and to be as active as she can be. She loves outdoor activities, improv comedy, hip hop and spending time with her family. She loves exploring, dancing, playing soccer and being silly with her kids. She loves to listen to patients and provide high quality health care with distinctly Christian service. Serving others is the privilege of her life. She speaks Spanish and loves learning new languages. She is honored to be a nurse practitioner and work with the most amazing patients and CCHS staff she has ever met here in Memphis. Dr. Linda Taylor, a native of Mexico City, Mexico, grew up in Laredo, TX. Dr. Taylor attended Texas A&M in College Station, TX, and received her Bachelor’s of Nursing from Texas A&M University in Laredo, TX. While serving her country in the United States Air Force, Dr. Taylor received her first Master of Arts in Health Care Education from Trident University. After her service, Dr. Taylor completed her second Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Mississippi Medical Center, Jackson, MS. Dr. Taylor has cared for patients in a wide scope of practice. Dr. Taylor grew up primarily speaking Spanish in her home. Being bilingual allows her to establish a connection with the underserved Hispanic community, allowing for a personal connection with her patients. After serving the community for five years, Dr. Taylor received her Doctorate of Nursing from Baylor University in Waco, TX. Her ten years of practice have included Women’s Health, Medical-Surgical, Outpatient Clinic, Home Health, Weight loss/Bariatric surgery, and triage of critical airlift patients in Military Healthcare. Dr. Taylor has also served as an adjunct faculty member in the BSN accelerated program at Union University.

Mary Brooks Thigpen earned her nursing degree from the University of Mississippi Medical Center. She was drawn to Christ Community Health Services by the opportunity to practice in a faith-based setting that prioritizes patient-centered care and community impact. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, Mary is dedicated to helping her patients navigate their health journeys with support and excellence. She believes that the best care happens when faith and medicine work together to serve the community. When she isn't seeing patients, Mary enjoys running, reading, and cooking.

Kara Thomas, FNP, is a passionate family nurse practitioner specializing in primary care and HIV services. A graduate of Vanderbilt University, she is dedicated to providing personalized care and support to each of her patients.

I graduated from Union University in 1987 with ASN, University of Tennessee at Martin in 1999 with BSN, and from University of South Alabama with MSN as Family Nurse Practitioner. Improving my patient's health and wellness is my goal as a healthcare provider. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, especially my six grandchildren. I also enjoy watching romantic comedy movies (Hallmark and Great America Family), gospel and country music, traveling with family and friends, and taking exercise classes to improve my own health.

My name is Tiffany Richardson. I am one of the Registered Dietitians here at Christ Community. I have been a dietitian since Jan. 2012. My journey at Christ Community began on Oct. 14, 2019. Ever since that day, I have been on a mission to provide the best care possible, helping many patients to improve their nutritional status. Eating healthy is not easy for many. As a Registered Dietitian, I do my very best to help individuals make smooth transitions into a healthier diet regimen, leading to improvement of their overall health. I really enjoy what I do! Dr. Audrey VanWylen is a board certified family medicine doctor who completed her medical school and family medicine residency training at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, MI. She has been seeing patients at CCHS since 2013. She feels drawn here by the opportunity to serve the Memphis community especially patients that are uninsured or underinsured. She practices full spectrum family medicine, but is also accredited by AAHIVM to provide HIV care and PrEP services and enjoys providing women’s health services including family planning and prenatal care. She is the lead clinician for our Refugee Health Clinic and enjoys welcoming patients from around the world. When not at work, she you’ll find her outdoors with her husband and 3 children, reading books, and exploring all the wonderful things the Memphis area has to offer. One of her favorite Bible verses is Micah 6:8 “He has shown you, O mortal, what is good. And what does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God.”

As a family physician with fellowship training in surgical obstetrics, I have a passion for providing medically excellent, compassionate, and Christ-centered whole-person care for individuals and their families. In my free time I enjoy exploring new restaurants with my lovely wife, wrestling or camping out with my sons, and reading voraciously while sipping on tea or coffee. Dr. Lauren Vieira was born in Queens, New York. On a mission trip to Guyana, she felt the Lord's calling to become a dentist. She then began praying and pursing the field of dentistry. She obtained her Bachalor's of Science in Biology at Molloy College in 2015, attended dental school at the University of Kentucky, and graduated in 2021. Her passion to marry dentistry and mission work has been aligned with the mission and value of Christ Community Health Services (CCHS). After dental school, she completed her NYU Langone AEGD residency and continued working as a staff dentist at CCHS. She loves interacting with and treating her patients and in her spare time enjoys spending time with friends and family.

With a passion for compassionate and holistic care, Deja Walls earned her Physician Assistant degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. Her clinical rotations and work as a medical assistant in Memphis showed her how important it is to care for the whole person. This means addressing not just medical needs, but also the emotional, spiritual, and mental well-being of her patients. Deja joined Christ Community Health Services because she believes in their deep commitment to accessibility and their holistic approach to healthcare. She values the organization's dedication to making a lasting impact on the community by caring for every aspect of a person's health.

Dr. Marlon Watkins is a native Memphian and is honored to serve the community as Pharmacy Manager of the CCHS Orange Mound Pharmacy. He came to CCHS in 2022 after over 20 years as a practicing pharmacist with experience in community pharmacy management, behavioral health, and managed care pharmacy. Dr. Watkins received is Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Tennessee College of Pharmacy in 2002 and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Xavier University of Louisiana in 1996. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his daughters, reading, and boxing.

Miranda White is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner who earned her degree from the University of Memphis in 2017. A proud wife and mother, Miranda finds joy in spending time with her family, participating in church events, and serving her community. Her passion for healthcare stems from a deep calling to help others, and she considers it a true privilege to care for patients. Miranda’s commitment to giving back shines through in her work, where she blends clinical expertise with compassion, always striving to make a difference in the lives of those she serves.

Stella White-Day is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with an extensive academic background. She obtained her Associate of Science in Nursing from Union University in Jackson, Tennessee, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Tennessee in Martin, Tennessee. Subsequently, she earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Mississippi University for Women in Columbus, Mississippi. In her leisure time, Stella engages in traveling, shopping, and participating in church conferences.

Brandon B. Williams is a licensed clinical social worker specializing in behavioral health. His care philosophy emphasizes providing warm, nonjudgmental support to those in need. He graduated from the University of Memphis School of Social Work.

Brittany Williams, FNP, is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner with more than six years of healthcare experience providing compassionate, patient-centered care. She works closely with patients and families to assess health concerns, develop treatment plans, provide education, and support individuals in achieving healthier outcomes. In addition to her clinical work, Brittany serves at Divine Life Church as part of the health ministry and prayer team. These experiences have strengthened her belief that healing often involves caring for the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of a person’s life. Brittany believes one of the greatest challenges in healthcare today is recognizing how deeply different areas of a person’s life can impact their overall health and well-being. Her approach focuses on understanding each patient’s unique circumstances and caring for the whole person rather than only treating symptoms. Serving in a distinctively Christian manner means leading with compassion, empathy, and grace in every patient interaction. Brittany’s prayer is that through the care she provides, patients experience hope, encouragement, and the love of Christ throughout their healing journey.

Kimberly Wilson is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner by the certifying body of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Kimberly received her Master of Science in Nursing specializing in family nurse practitioner (FNP) from Arkansas State University in Jonesboro, Arkansas. Kimberly has experience as an FNP in primary care and family planning after years of providing care as a registered nurse in adult and pediatric oncology and med-surgical/orthopedics hospital settings. Kimberly is a God-fearing nurse practitioner with a strong desire to give back to the community and has a passion for teaching and providing holistic care, not only for physical ailments but also for the mental, emotional, and social aspects of the patient's well-being, to promote overall health and quality of life for patients.

Dr. Zakiya Woods specializes in Pediatrics and is dedicated to promoting the health of pediatric patients in our community. She received her medical degree from East Tennessee State University's Quillen College of Medicine and completed her residency at Virginia Commonwealth University. Dr. Woods is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a passionate physician committed to her patients' well-being.

I am a native Memphian and grew up in the Parkway Village neighborhood. After earning my Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Memphis in 2005, I earned my Master of Arts from Dallas Theological Seminary (2010), my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Union University in 2019 and my Master of Science in Nursing from Arkansas State University in 2023. I attended First Evangelical Church for most of my life and am currently a member of Renewal Church in Memphis. After spending 10 years in Dallas, Texas, where I met my wife and attended seminary, we moved back to Memphis in 2017. We have two elementary-aged children. My hobbies include reading theology, traveling, cooking/baking, and gardening. On the flip side, I dislike sports, sci-fi, winter, and pop music. I chose Christ Community for the opportunity to blend ministry with healthcare and to serve the underserved population. My favorite Bible verse is Jude 24, 25: ‘’To him who is able to keep you from stumbling and to present you before his glorious presence without fault and with great joy— to the only God our Savior be glory, majesty, power and authority, through Jesus Christ our Lord, before all ages, now and forevermore! Amen.’’
