Christ Community Health Services serves as a Tennessee Clinic Partner for Siloam Health Services, the Statewide Refugee Screening Coordinator for Tennessee, to provide health screenings and immunizations for newly resettled refugees to Memphis and Shelby County. Services are provided within 90 days of a refugee’s arrival to the area.
Christ Community works with World Relief, a designated Resettlement Agency in Shelby County, to schedule screenings, arrange transportation and translation services and ensure recommended follow-up care.
