Christ Community is dedicated to addressing the primary healthcare needs of our patients. We recognize the challenges many face in maintaining good health and are committed to providing quality care that meets our patients where they are. Our goal is to support them in achieving and maintaining their health.
Our team includes board-certified physicians specializing in Internal Medicine and Family Medicine. In addition, our staff of Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners collaborates closely with our physicians to ensure that each patient’s needs are thoroughly addressed. Together, we work as a team, alongside health coaches and counselors, to help patients manage chronic conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, asthma, COPD, and heart disease. We also offer medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for opioid addiction.
