Patient Financial Counselors Now Available — Help with Bills, Benefits, and Financial Assistance

We are pleased to announce that Christ Community Health Services now has dedicated Patient Financial Counselors on staff to help you navigate and understand your insurance options and access available financial programs.

What They Do:

• Provide upfront price estimates for procedures and services
• Guide you through Medicaid, Marketplace eligibility and other coverage options
• Educate you on our Sliding Fee Discount Program, including accepted Proof of Income to bring to Your Visit

Assist with completing the Application

• Help set up payment plans or arrange discounted care if you qualify
• Assist with billing questions and resolve coverage issues before they become a problem

When to Contact Them:Financial counselors are available at the time of your visit — whether you arrive for a scheduled appointment or after your care begins. They can meet you where you are and help you avoid unexpected financial hardship
