Dr. Tamia Lozada Soto is a board-certified family medicine physician originally from Puerto Rico. She earned her medical degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara and completed her family medicine training in Birmingham, Alabama. Driven by her passion for making a difference, she chose to join Christ Community Health Services due to its mission of serving underserved populations with compassion and excellence.
At the Women’s Center, Dr. Lozada Soto is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while empowering women to take charge of their health at every stage of life.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and daughter.

Regina is a board certified family nurse practitioner who is devoted to providing high quality services in Women’s health. She has an extensive history in the medical field. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree at Christian Brothers University in Memphis, TN. From there, she received her Masters of Science degree in Nursing at Walden University in Minneapolis, MN in 2017 and has been dedicated to servicing women since that time. During her spare time, she enjoys reading, shopping, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.

Chandni Patel, WHNP B-C, MSN, BSN, RN, is a healthcare professional with 10 years of experience. After graduating with honors from Baptist Health Science in 2010, she pursued her passion for women's health, earning her MSN from the University of South Alabama in 2015. Chandni is certified as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner and is an active member of the National Association of Nurse Practitioners in Women’s Health. Her clinical interests include contraception counseling, adolescent gynecology, cervical disease and providing patient education. Chandni's dedication and expertise make her a trusted advocate for women's health in her community.

Lissa “Nikki” Roux has been employed with CCHS for 12 years as a Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in women’s health. Nikki received her RN degree and Masters of Science degree from the University of Memphis Loewenberg College of Nursing. Prior to her time at CCHS, Nikki was a cardiac nurse at Methodist Hospital. She is originally from West Monroe, Louisiana but has called Memphis home for more than 20 years. When she is not working, Nikki enjoys gardening and spending time with her family.
