For the safety of our patients and staff, the Raleigh Health Center will be closed today, June 12, 2026, due to a strong chemical odor originating from a neighboring business.
The health and safety of those we serve and our team members remain our highest priority. As a precaution, services and staff have been relocated to alternate locations.
We will continue to monitor the situation closely and will evaluate conditions later today to determine operational plans for Monday.
