For the safety of our patients and staff, the Raleigh Health Center will be closed for the remainder of today, June 11, 2026, due to a strong chemical odor originating from a neighboring business.
The health and safety of those we serve and our team members remain our highest priority. As a precaution, services and staff have been relocated to alternate locations for the rest of the day.
We will continue to monitor the situation closely and will evaluate conditions later today to determine operational plans for tomorrow.
