This message confirms that TriZetto Provider Solutions (“TPS”) received your organization’s request to notify affected individuals and regulators on its behalf.
Kroll will begin mailing individual notices on February 6, 2026. Within 5-10 business days of this date, Kroll will provide a report confirming which individuals were mailed notices on behalf of your organization. As a reminder, we cannot mail notices to any individuals for whom we have not been provided with a full name and a complete, valid mailing address.
TPS is hosting a substitute notice page at https://tpsincident.kroll.com.
To leverage this form of substitute notice, your organization may conspicuously post a link to the notice on your organization’s homepage for at least 90 days. The following is an example of language that could be placed on your organization’s homepage with a link to our substitute notice webpage:
“Notice: One of our vendors was impacted by a security incident, which affected some of our patients’ or their primary insured’s protected health information. Learn more.”
The hosted substitute notice webpage may be removed, and call center may cease operations, as soon as May 8, 2026.
TPS will also notify regulators on or around February 6, 2026. A separate email with more details will be sent to the regulatory point of contact for your organization.
Sincerely,
TriZetto Provider Solutions
