While we offer high-quality services to all individuals with commercial insurance, TennCare, Medicare, or private pay, we are also deeply committed to providing exceptional care to the underserved across Shelby and Madison Counties. We want to make sure every family knows our doors are open to everyone. Christ Community Health Services is a dedicated family of professionals providing comprehensive medical, dental, pharmaceutical, mental, and spiritual care to all. Without your vital support, many of our neighbors would be left without access to these essential resources.
