Christ Community Health Services (CCHS) is proud to announce the appointment of Michael Drake as President and Chief Executive Officer. With a career spanning over 30 years, Drake is a veteran executive recognized for scaling organizations through operational excellence, cultural alignment, and long-term sustainability.

Drake joins CCHS at a pivotal time in its 30-year history. Known for his servant-leadership philosophy, he is committed to fortifying the organization’s infrastructure to ensure it continues to provide high-quality medical, dental, behavioral, and spiritual health services for generations to come. His approach centers on building a foundation of trust and clear mission alignment while providing robust support for clinical and administrative teams.

Prior to joining CCHS, Drake founded and successfully scaled masterIT into a premier national managed services provider before completing a private equity-backed exit. He most recently served as CEO of Econocom USA, where he specialized in portfolio growth and resilient leadership strategies.

As CCHS enters this new chapter, Drake’s faith-centered approach and deep Memphis roots position him to expand the organization’s reach. He remains dedicated to honoring the compassionate, mission-driven care that has defined the Mid-South’s largest faith-based healthcare provider for more than three decades.
