
Tracy McDaniel
CEO
Tracy McDaniel is a dedicated and mission-driven healthcare executive with a strong focus on expanding access to care, improving patient outcomes, and ensuring financial stability for community health organizations. A native of Atlanta, Georgia, Tracy earned his Bachelor of Arts from Morehouse College and his Master of Public Health from Columbia University. For over five years, his academic background and hands-on leadership experience have enabled him to successfully guide Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) through the complex challenges of community healthcare. Throughout his career, Tracy has demonstrated expertise in organizational growth, federal grant compliance, financial stewardship, and building high-performing teams. Under his leadership, Christ Community Health Services has expanded its services, strengthened partnerships, and enhanced care delivery models to better reach underserved populations. Tracy is deeply committed to ensuring that quality, affordable, and compassionate healthcare is available to all, regardless of their income or insurance status. His vision continues to make a significant impact on the health and well-being of individuals and families across Memphis, Jackson, and West Tennessee.

Shannon Walker
Chief Operating Officer
Shannon is a healthcare executive and veteran of the United States Air Force whose career reflects a steadfast commitment to operational excellence, strategic growth, and service to both country and community. As Chief Operating Officer of Christ Community Health Services since February 2024, Shannon is responsible for overseeing organizational strategy, clinical operations, and performance initiatives aimed at advancing quality care across the organization. Before assuming her current role, Shannon served as Executive Vice President of Medical Operations from May 2023 to February 2024, following a tenure as Regional Vice President of Madison County starting in December 2019. Shannon has a distinguished blend of healthcare expertise and military discipline, enhancing her strategic foresight, operational integrity, and capacity to lead complex teams through periods of growth and transformation. Shannon holds a Master of Science in Health Administration from Trident University International and completed 13 years of active duty service in the U.S. Air Force, including two combat tours in Afghanistan. Since January 2020, she has continued to serve honorably in the Tennessee Air National Guard.

Frackson Sakala
Chief Financial Officer
With extensive experience in financial leadership at Federally Qualified Health Centers, Frackson Sakala has previously held CFO positions at Hamilton Health Center, Neighborhood Health, and Waimanalo Health Center. Frackson holds master’s degrees in Accounting & Financial Management and Business Administration. He is a Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP), recognized for his deep understanding of healthcare finance and strategic planning. His areas of expertise include federal grant management, payer negotiations, and revenue cycle strategy. Frackson’s leadership is essential for the continued growth and stability of Christ Community’s financial operations as the organization strives to expand access to quality, affordable care across Memphis and West Tennessee.

Dr. Reginique Green
Chief Clinical Officer
Dr. Reginique Green serves as the Chief Clinical Officer of clinical operations at Christ Community Health Services, Inc. She is a board-certified family medicine physician of 25 years, and her calling and purpose is to love, encourage and provide health care to underserved and under resourced patients and their communities. She attended Xavier University of LA for her Undergraduate studies and obtained her medical degree from Creighton University School of Medicine. She specialized and completed her residency training in Family Medicine at the University of Southern California. In the past, Dr. Green has served as chief resident at USC and is the recipient of numerous national and local awards. She has conducted clinical research for Hypertension and served as a National platform speaker. She served as the Medical Director of Greene Sports Medicine of Xenia, Ohio and has chaired and continues to serve on various boards.

Jeff Cunningham
Chief Information Officer
Jeff, a Memphis native, is a results-driven executive with over 20 years of experience in leading IT teams, implementing clinical technology solutions, and creating strategic technology roadmaps for healthcare organizations across the nation. Before joining Christ Community, Jeff was a part of the Interim Executive Leadership Solutions team at AMN Healthcare/B.E. Smith. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from LeMoyne-Owen College and a Master’s degree in Health Services Administration from Central Michigan University. His dedication to continuous learning is demonstrated by his numerous professional certifications, including Certified Healthcare Technology Professional (CHTP), HIPAA Security Professional (CHSP), and Certified Healthcare Cybersecurity Officer (CHCSP). Jeff is actively involved in several professional organizations, such as the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), the Healthcare Information & Management Systems Society (HIMSS), and the National Association of Health Services Executives (NAHSE). In 2000, the Memphis Business Journal recognized him as a Top 40 Under 40 honoree. In his free time, Jeff enjoys barbecuing with family and friends, traveling to the Caribbean, going on cruises, and playing tennis.

Dr. Rasone Jones
Chair of Dentistry
I am a graduate of the University of Memphis and UTHSC College of Dentistry Class of 2006. I have been employed at CCHS for 15 years and have been the Dental Director for almost 5 years. It has been a blessing working with great people while also being an advocate to and for our communities. My spare time is dedicated between family and exercising. I love college sports and enjoy watching college football the most!

Dr. Kristina Murphy
Chair of Pharmacy
Dr. Kristina Murphy hails from Huber Heights, Ohio, a suburb of Dayton. She obtained her undergraduate degree from The College of Wooster in Wooster, Ohio, and pursued her Pharmacy degree at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia. Dr. Murphy currently resides in Jackson, Tennessee, with her husband, Tim, and their two children, TJ (6) and Micah (4). During her spare time, Dr. Murphy enjoys crocheting, engaging in board games with her family, and cooking. An interesting tidbit about her is that she has participated on several mission trips in East Africa in the past and embarked on safari adventures at the Maasai Mara in Kenya and Tanzania an impressive four times.

Tara Samples, Phd
Chair of Behavioral Health
Tara Samples, Ph.D., LCP-HSP is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Health Service Provider (TN) and Nationally Certified Health Service Psychologist. Dr. Samples is the Clinical Psychologist at our Raleigh Clinic, a Behavioral Health Team Lead and the Director of the Behavioral Health Training program at CCHS which includes the doctoral psychology residency, postdoctoral fellowship and masters and doctoral practicum students in psychology, counseling and social work. She has a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology and an M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Fielding Graduate University, a M.S. in Professional Counseling from Georgia State University and a B.S. in Human Services from Point University (formerly Atlanta Christian College). She completed an APA Internship at the Charles George Veteran’s Administration Hospital with rotations in Primary Care/Health Psychology, PTSD and Substance Abuse. She completed her Postdoctoral work through the Counseling Center at Lincoln Christian University. Dr. Samples has provided behavioral health care for over 20 years, first as a Licensed Professional Counselor and later as Licensed Clinical Psychologist. Prior to joining CCHS she worked as an Assistant Professor of Counseling and Psychology at Lincoln Christian University. Dr. Samples has worked in inpatient and outpatient, private practice and public health settings in Ga, NC, IL and TN. Her clinical interests are in the areas of social justice in healthcare, trauma informed care, health psychology, resilience in the face of trauma and abuse, and the integration of mental health and spirituality. When she is not in the clinic you may find her spending time with her family, supporting the local music and arts community, or gardening.
