Our Goal

Club 61, whose name is taken from precept and principles found in the Bible, in Isaiah, Chapter 61, focuses on mentoring children at Lester Elementary - the neighborhood school for our Broad Avenue Health Center - in order to enhance spiritual and academic growth. Club 61 helps these children get free- and stay free- by breaking the chains of failure, poverty, and spiritual emptiness that hinder so many of the disadvantaged in our community.

Our goal is to proclaim liberty to individuals and families through education and a relationship with Jesus Christ, so they will no longer be captives of circumstance or trapped in an endless spiral of social disadvantages and disheartening poverty.
